Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Merchandise must be unworn, tags attached, and free of any defects. 

How do I return an item(s) from my order?

You are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to the appropriate warehouse. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have a tracking number the return may not be processed.

Do you refund my order?

For domestic returns, customers will be granted an online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus an $8 restocking fee. Shipping cost are not refunded.

What is your exchange policy?

If you would like to exchange an item(s) for any reason, please follow the return policy instructions. Note you still must follow the 14 day policy. Once you return your item(s), then place an entire new order on our website for your desired item(s). 

Do you provide a return shipping label?

Unfortunately we do not provide a return shipping label. You are responsible to return your items to our warehouse. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have a tracking number the return will not be processed.

I received a damaged item what do I do?
